I really wanted to get a hold of Rich Groh RGR engines. His small block ford went 8's n/a all day and he builds a ton of nmra guys engines, and he did my old heads cheap.
I believe he runs renegade now though.

Go to Groh if you can. But if you go to AES don't deal with Mikey, only deal with Tony. Mike's a prick and his customer service his horrible.

Check out the new Dart Pro1 cnc 225's (bottom) vs the old trickflow tw track heats (top) the trickflows had slight porting as well as gasket matching. These new heads are huge and swallow the ports of the old heads lol.

do either of you guys know of anyone that does work on rear differentials? Thinking about changing to a taller final drive, but I would need someone with the know how to switch the LSD from the old pumpkin to the new pumpkin.

Can you get new gears or do you need to remove them from say a non turbo supra or other toyota/lexus that has a different ratio?
Its not that hard to setup, I'm just unfamilar with what's what in the supra world.
Its pretty basic setting up a rearend, especially if you are just swapping your lsd over to a new housing that is already setup with the proper backlash.

Yep, both rear ends are complete, just want to take the lsd out of one and put it in the other.

I would take the lsd out of the old rear, swap the ring gear from the non lsd onto the lsd......reuse the shims with the gears and housing all same regardless of lsd.
basically what i'm trying to say is keep the gears with the same housing using the shims with that gear and housing and the lsd should bolt in just fine and have the same lash as long as these gears are used in the same housing with the same shims.
Get some gear pattern paint or grease whatever they call it and double check the pattern and you should be all good.
Here is some info on doing a diff, I didn't really read it but it had some figures and looked decent for the quick browsing I did of it.
